There are 3 rooms for our conference. The needs sheet is attached & please be sure that labor is included. We would also like to have the equipment product name and specs included.

SALON 2 (Main Room)
Projection:

We need either (2) projector screens (approx. 8 ft) OR (1) large screen (approx. 16 ft).

From the AV menu, I think this is either:

Premier LCD Projector Package (or equivalent), and/or an additional screen/projector if dual screens require dual projectors

Audio + Mics:

(5) wireless microphones total (mix of handheld/lapel, at least (1) lav/lapel)

I believe this maps to an Audio System Package (for speakers/mixer/patch) plus additional wireless mics, but please advise the most cost-effective way to quote 5 wireless mics without duplicating unnecessary mixer packages.

Presenter Support:

(1) confidence/comfort monitor on stage (floor monitor for the speaker to see slides/timing)

Playback / Support:

Slide playback laptop (we can provide ours if preferred, but confirm if you recommend renting)

Onsite AV tech support in room

SALON 1
Projection:

(1) projector + screen (Basic LCD Projector Package or equivalent)

Audio + Mics:

(3) wireless microphones (handheld or lapel)

Mixer/board as needed for clean audio capture

Presenter Support:

Because we’re recording, we’re considering stage wash + backlight in each room (or at minimum in Salon 2). Can you quote what you recommend for a “proper” recording setup?
