I’m hosting a donor appreciation event in Atlanta for approximately 120 guests. We are looking for a simple A/V setup (not full production). We need audio support for one speaker at a time (1 wireless microphone), speakers for the room with light background music, and projection/screens for a rotating slideshow and a short video. Ideally, we would like one large screen or two medium screens with projectors, plus an A/V technician onsite to set up, run the system during the event, and break down afterward.
