I’m reaching out to request a quote for backline rental for our upcoming corporate conference in Atlanta.
We are an employee band that performs annually at our company’s conference closing party. This year’s conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Atlanta, with the closing party taking place at the College Football Hall of Fame.

• Small mixer (minimum 4 channels) for rehearsal space

DRUM KIT (complete with throne and rug)
• 20" kick (22" acceptable if 20" unavailable)

• 16" floor tom (if available)

• Guitar 1: American-made Fender Telecaster
• Guitar 2: Gibson Les Paul with slim taper neck

BASS
• Ibanez SR series 5-string bass (405e, 505e, or 605e preferred) with wide strap

Timing & Logistics:
• Delivery and setup: Sunday afternoon, May 3 at Hyatt Regency Downtown Atlanta (rehearsal)
• Equipment to remain onsite at hotel through Wednesday late morning
• Wednesday, May 6: transport equipment from Hyatt Regency to College Football Hall of Fame for evening performance
• Breakdown and pickup: After event on May 6 (tentatively 6:00pm–10:00pm window)
