Dear Clear Sound Atlanta, I hope this message finds you well. The National Convention of the Churches of God Holiness will host its 101st Annual Meeting from August 11–18, 2026. Two dates within the convention will require dedicated A/V and technical support: Opening Night: August 11, 2026 Special Tribute Ceremony: August 15, 2026 The sanctuary presents a unique lighting challenge due to significant natural sunlight during daytime hours. As such, we require high-lumen projection equipment capable of delivering clear, visible presentations onto two separate, linearly opposite white walls within the auditorium. Each presentation will include embedded audio/voiceover, which must be clearly audible throughout the space. We kindly request a quote for the following: Two (2) high-lumen projectors (suitable for high ambient light environments) Presentation control setup, either: Two (2) laptops (one per projector), or One (1) laptop capable of simultaneously casting to two separate projection surfaces On-site technical support for setup, operation, and breakdown during both events Please note: Microphones and additional audio equipment are not required for this estimate. If available, we would also appreciate any recommended specifications (e.g., lumen range, screen considerations, or alternative solutions) based on your professional experience in similar environments.
