I hope all is well. We would like to do the same load-in, setup and
strike/load out process as last year.

Friday, September 24th: load in and setup stage and string lights. The
time will be determined as to when the tent is erected and setup so that
we have clear space to work on.

Saturday, September 25th: Time: TBD - load in and set up generators, up
lights, panel lights and all audio equipment. We need a four hour window
to set-up and test all equipment.

Strike/Load out: Time: TBD. For the sake of lights for your team and
caterers to break down, we will break down audio equipment immediately
after the event and lights an hour after the event. If more time is
needed, please advise. Thanks.
